# Choose when Flows are available

**Release date: 29th April 2026**

Workforce Flows are now created with admin-only access by default, allowing Admins to test them before making them available more widely. While in this state, flows can only be run in **Test** mode by Admin users, and are not accessible to others.

When you’re ready to make a flow available for others to run, simply switch the flow to **Enabled** - either directly from the Flows library or while building your flow (as shown below).

Once enabled, flows are available to be run by other users and triggered in automations.

**Also in this release:**

The control for switching between **Build** and **Test** modes has moved from the top of the screen into the Flow editor, making it easier to access while working on your flow.
